Ozone is the ULTIMATE Disinfection!

For Commercial On-Premise-Laundry

EnviroCleanse Ozone Laundry System

Ozone has been used in municipal water systems (particularly in Europe) as an extremely effective alternative to Chlorine. In fact Ozone is one of the strongest oxidizing agents known, with oxidation potential 3000 greater than chlorine.

When ozone is dissolved in water it quickly attacks a wide variety of pathogens, bacteria, viruses and parasites. The action of ozone is to pierce the organism's cell wall, disrupting its DNA.

Numerous scientific investigations and studies have proven Ozone's effectiveness in eliminating Eschericha coli, Streptococcus faecalis, Mycobacteriium tuberculosis, various yeast, and fungus spores, among many others. Most recently, studies have confirmed Ozone's effectiveness against the MRSA virus, one of the most difficult problems facing healthcare facilities.

What is Ozone?

Ozone is a naturally occurring triatomic form of oxygen that is extremely reactive. It is a natural feature of the upper atmosphere, protecting us from harmful UV radiation. Ozone is produced naturally when oxygen is exposed to high voltage electricity (during lighting storms for example) and also when oxygen is impacted by certain ultralow wavelengths of UV radiation.

Because of Ozone's extra electron, ozone is unstable and extremely reactive. This accounts for its superior disinfecting power, in fact it is 3000 times more powerful than chlorine. When hydrogen peroxide and oxygen.

OZONE GENERATION:  At the heart of the EnviroCleanse Ozone Laundry System is a corona discharge ozone generator that is controlled by a programmable logic controller. On the generator, a controlled high voltage arc is produced, essentially "synthetic lightning". When dried air oxygen is passed through the arc a portion of the oxygen present is converted to ozone. The Ozone Generation system is designed to provide multiple washers with the correct amount of disinfecting ozone at the proper time.
